Delta Tecnic, a company specializing in the manufacture of masterbatch for cables and the PVC industry, will be present at the upcoming 2025 edition of the K trade fair, the leading event for the plastics and rubber industry, taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany, from October 8 to 15 this year. This new pellet, significantly smaller in size compared to traditional formats, enhances color uniformity and minimizes visual irregularities in the final product. By incorporating more particles per unit area, SSP ensures more even coverage, which is especially advantageous in applications such as PVC films and profiles. Its ultra-small particle size makes it ideal for use with PVC powder formulations, ensuring excellent miscibility and color uniformity.

– Conductive PVC: a solution designed to meet the demands of environments where static electricity poses a critical risk. The company will showcase its dissipative and semi-conductive materials formulated with carbon black, NTC, or graphene, developed to prevent interferences or accidents in sensitive spaces such as operating rooms or manufacturing plants. It will also present masterbatch with metallic fibers that enable the production of dissipative products in colors other than black.

– Custom colors for calendering: a range of masterbatch specifically developed to ensure tailor-made colors with impeccable consistency, enabling the achievement of exact shades with excellent outdoor performance. Delta Tecnic guarantees extremely high batch-to-batch repeatability for the same color, eliminating the need for adjustments during production. Additionally, it offers mono-pigment masterbatch in cryopellet format, the result of an advanced cryogenic grinding process. This technology facilitates the development of custom colors by allowing precise combinations of base pigments, achieving excellent dispersion while reducing cleaning and color adjustment costs.

– Masterbatch for recycled PVC: a solution that transforms recycled products by providing them with an attractive and uniform finish, facilitating their reintroduction into the market and contributing to carbon footprint reduction. With a formulation adapted to the particular characteristics of recycled PVC, Delta Tecnic’s masterbatch corrects the color irregularities typical of recovered materials. Colors can be customized in both standard shades (white, black) and specific formulations.
